Your e-ticket will be sent straight away. Please check your junk/spam box if you do not receive it after booking.

INALA is 55 minutes. House of Sisters Grimm is open from 6:15 pm on Wednesday and Thursday, from 5:30 pm on Friday and 3:30pm on Saturday. We welcome you to enjoy the space before and after the show.

Exchanges: We’ll always try to exchange your ticket where possible. Tickets can be exchanged up to 48 hours prior to the event. A £3 per ticket exchange fee will apply. If you would like to exchange your tickets, please email [email protected].

Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Yes, each performance has one seat allocated for wheelchair access and companion tickets are available.

There is lift access to take you from the gallery and bar to the performance space downstairs.

Please note there are 2 steps up into the entrance of the building, and 18 steps down into the performance space from the gallery and bar.

  • Wednesday – 7:30pm
  • Thursday – 7:30pm
  • Friday – 6:30pm & 8:30pm
  • Saturday – 4:00pm*, 6:30pm & 8:30pm

We welcome you to enjoy the space before the show from 6:15pm Wednesday – Thursday and 5:30pm Friday. And from 3:30pm on Saturdays.
Please note the iGoli bar will not be open until 5pm on Saturdays, any drinks during the Family Shows must be pre-ordered with your ticket.

For all shows except our Family Shows (4pm on Saturdays) we are 18+

Yes, proof of age is required for entry for all shows except our Family Shows (4pm on Saturdays)

  • Late arrivals are welcome to join us in the bar and may be seated at a suitable moment during the show, where possible, to avoid disturbing the audience.
  • If you are not seated by your show start time, your original seat may be reallocated, and seating cannot be guaranteed.
